Core loss testing to ensure a good rewind foundation. Class H high temperature rewind using "Pulse Shield" severe duty magnet wire. Vacuum impregnated with high temperature epoxy resin. Rotors tested and precision balanced. Reassembled with new SKF or NTN bearings. Full voltage tested with PdMA and Csi vibration signatures Dynamometer tested if requested.
